In late 2021 I soft-launched CoolCRYO in Rapid City. Since then I've sat across the table from a lot of people over 40 who were eating pretty well and staying active, and still not seeing their bodies change. The problem was rarely effort. Nobody had measured what was going on underneath: how much of their weight was fat, how much was muscle, and what their labs said about the things that can get in the way.

Measured Health is the program I wish they could have started with. It begins with your numbers: a body-composition scan and, when it makes sense, a Weight-Loss Blocker lab panel. Then we build a plan around those numbers, check in every week, and re-scan every month, so you can see what's changing instead of guessing.

Most of it happens online. When a prescription might be part of your plan, an independent, licensed partner provider reviews your case and makes that call. My job is the part in between: making sense of your numbers, keeping you honest and supported, and telling you plainly what's right for you, or not.
